Can't find "Volume Normalize" or "Replay Gain (Apply)" in Music Converter

Volume Normalize and Replay Gain (Apply) seem to have disappeared after installing Release 2026-05-25 on Windows 11. I want to create a copy of some ripped CDs with volume normalization for use in a car playback system. I can see the functions in CD Ripper but not in Music Converter or Batch Converter.

I purchased Music Converter & CD Ripper on November 15, 2025. On my download page is says " Control Centre days remain incorrect ". I am not sure if this is the problem or it is something else. I previously purchased. I may need to purchase an upgrade. If so, I need to know what to purchase. I would like to end up with the family pack with all of the music programs included.

Uninstall, restart Windows, then reinstall latest.

That notification on the download page is there for everyone, it is to remind to update the order number in Control Center if have a new order number.

No luck. I have uninstalled and reinstalled everything. I even upgraded to make sure I had the latest versions and installed again. Volume Normalize and Replay Gain (Apply) options are not available except in CD Ripper. Any ideas? Are there program parts (DLLs or ???) that need to get cleared out.

Any help you can give will be appreciated.

Never mind. I found that some effects have to be added under DSP Effects. This is where Volume Normalize and numerous other effects are located.

Everything looks good.
