dbmpower 15.8 crashes on open

I've been running dbpoweramp 15.8 on my M1 Mac for a few years just fine. Currently on Tahoe 26.5.

Lately, whenever I open it, it immediately crashes and the OS says:

dBpoweramp Music Converter quit unexpectedly. Click Reopen to open the application again. Click report to see more detailed information and send a report to Apple.

Here is the crash report. What can I do to solve this?

An OS update to Tahoe will mean that very old versions such as R15 no longer function. Realistically to be certain to run dBpoweramp on a current OS, the latest version would work as we run it on said OS.
