Installing DSP Effects

I have just installed the Music Converter and am unable to install the DSP Effects. The path I followed to do so is in the attached image. When I click on Install DSP Effects Now I'm taken to this page: https://www.dbpoweramp.com/dbpoweramp-dsp. Any suggestions?

I am sorry we do not have the DSP effects as a separate install, they have been part of dBpoweramp for the last 15 years. You are running R13 which is around 17 years old.
