multi-core dsp effect not working on Reference release 16.6

I have dBpoweramp Reference R16.6 (Single PC), multi-core dsp effect does not work. Only encodes with one core, I then manually have to check all 12 cores while it encodes, then it uses all 12 cores. Any help? Thanks!

It is likely the DSP effect multi-core CPU Force was introduced after R16

PS do not post your order number to the forum, others could take it over.

Thanks for removing the order number, I had not thought about that.

I've used multi-core converting for many years, even with versions before 16.6. This is a new computer, win 11 home with a 12 core I7 processor. Now, when I select the dsp effect, it just ignores it.

      Any thoughts?
