    Music Converter for Linux

While the Windows version works in Wine it still would be nice to have a native client.
Considering it is dual OS already, are there any plans to release a dedicated Linux version?

Sorry I do not believe there is a big enough demand for this.

I registered here to type this. I have been using DBPowerAMP for years in Wine and while I understand a native Linux client would be very nice indeed, the amount of work needed compared to the demand, is probably not worth it (yet.)

With the trend of Linux growing though, it might be worthwile in the future.

This is my first post in almost twenty years, and I recovered my old account just to add my voice to the request for a native Linux version. I totally hear the "not enough demand" argument and I'm not here to be petulant. However, I think Starspawn has a point and that the "future" where it's worthwhile to make a native Linux version is approaching faster than ever.

In any case, thanks for listening and for a great program that I'm having trouble replacing as I've switched to Linux. I haven't tried using it via Wine, but surely the integration into the file managers can't be as good as on Windows! I guess I'll find out.

BTW: Linux is more than 30 years old. It has found it's place but mostly not on the desktops of users. Will this change in the future? Being for nearly 50 years in tge IT business I have my doubts...
