Streaming WMA - Which Encode is best?

I'm new to dbpoweramp...

I've been streaming with Windows Media for years...

I'm using WM9 Encoder for all my WMA and WMV files...
I'm a little confused on the whole quality settings thing...

Can anyone tell me what is the best settings for streaming music on the web?
CBR, VBR, etc...

You would need CBR, to make sure the bitrate never goes to high. Bitrate depends upon what your streaming connection can handle.
