Hi-Res Audio to 16-bit/44.1kHZ with ARDFTSRC

Hello, I am looking for some guidance/best practice on using the new ARDFTSRC resampler when converting Hi-Res audio to 16-bit/44.1kHZ. Are these settings still best practice? Any help would be greatly appreciated.

    Example A

    Source FLAC: 24-bit/44.1kHz

    DSP Effects:

Bit Depth (Fixed: 16 Bit, with triangular dither)

    Example B

    Source FLAC: 24-bit/48.0kHz or higher

    DSP Effects:

Bit Depth (Fixed: 32 Bit float, no dither) <---------- should I change this to 64 Bit IEEE Float or 32 Bit IEEE Float?
Resample (Resample to Frequency: 44100; SRC Quality: Insane) <------- Is Insane quality worth it or will High or default suffice?
Bit Depth (Fixed: 16 Bit, with triangular dither)
