Registration returns error...

This has been going on for quite a while. We just purchased extensions for Mac and Windows versions and upon re-entering the registration code, get the message "Could not verify order number. Please try again later". This is why I even ordered an extension, hoping the problem would go away, but not so. This is happening on multiple Macs.
