erroneus uninstall string

I found the erroneus "C:\WINDOWS\system32\SpoonUninstall.exe" reference in the some codec uninstall string,
instead of C:\Program Files\SpoonUninstall\SpoonUninstall.exe etc
for example
dBpoweramp-Codec-FLAC.exe, dBpoweramp-Codec-WMA10Pro.exe

Probably that's why I couldn't uninstall these.

My solution was to temporarily copy to "C:\WINDOWS\system32" the needed SpoonUninstall files.

Very old installers put the uninstall in system32, as windows changed it became not practical to write to that folder (newer windows would remove the file).

I can't find later versions for these, their signing date is from 2009 and 2015

It might be worth checking the installers, and correct the location info where needed, to avoid the uninstall issues.

We cannot correct something from 15 years ago, we changed the current installer 10 years back.
