Error Mssg "Error reading dB Command file"

Am using a ArcNova Nimbie to batch rip. Got through about 100 cds and then this error mssg popped up. Closed program and restarted computer. Still getting the same mssg. Any ideas on fixing this would be appreciated. Should I just delete all programs and reload the software?

The temp folder must exist and have free space (at least 2GB)
