Upgrade & Configuration settings

Uptil now I didn't upgrade my dBpoweramp 14.1 version, afraid to have to walk through the configuration settings all over again.

My question now is: If I do upgrade to version 15.3 will my settings remain unchanged?

Yes they remain untouched, uninstall R14 (and any extra codecs you might have) before installing R15.

In the windows 10 all apps menu I can with right-mouse-click undo the installation of:

dBpoweramp Batch Converter
dBpoweramp CD Ripper
dBpoweramp Configuration
dBpoweramp Music Converter

In the Start Menu/Programs/dBpoweramp Music Converter I also see a link: Uninstall dMC

Which one(s) to use?

And where/how to uninstall the codecs?

You want 'add or remove programs' and uninstall from there. If you have not added extra codecs there is nothing to uninstall.

Does this need extra uninstalling and if so where from?

No codecs need uninstalling on yours (they are all with Music Converter).

Hi Spoon, It all worked out fine. And YES my CD Ripper settings are still there! Purchased PerfectTUNES as well. Acadabra to me how you make all this software work, but I'm glad with it. Thanks again!
