Trying To Use For First Time

When I select a music file in Windows File Explorer and right click on it I only get the windows default pop up menu, i.e., there is no Convert To or Edit ID Tag choices. What am I doing wrong ?

Run Configure dBpoweramp >> Music Converter tab >> Windows Explorer Integration
are the 'Convert To' on Right Click Menu and 'Edit ID Tags' on Right Click Menu options ticked?

If not, tick them and click OK.

If they are, un-tick them and click OK. Then, run Configure dBpoweramp again, tick them and click OK.

OK. I take it you have also ticked Configure dBpoweramp >> Music Converter tab >> Windows Explorer Integration
'dBpoweramp Batch Convert' Folder Right Click Menu option, for the folder context menu option?
