This is a follow on from an older post i made (https://forum.dbpoweramp.com/forum/d...licate-artwork) years ago
upon using the latest trial on mac Release 2025-02-07 any mp3s i do any operations with using DBPoweramp results in APE files duplicating some of the tag fields, the ones which seem to be mostly affected are Album artist, Disc, and artwork is still duplicating itself.
Album artist i believe are duplicating itself due to on the affected APE files i have 2 tags, Album Artist and i also have ALBUM_ARTIST, doing any operation on the APE files will change the ALBUM_ARTIST - Album artist. it will then show these files in MP3tag undre the album artist field as NiZi RiNGO\\NiZi-RiNGO
Disc for some reason duplicates itself and am unsure why this is occuring, and upon opening the files in MP3tag after doing any conversation via DBPoweramp results in the files being shown as 01/01\\01/01, and upon inspecting the metadata, it has two DISC fields.
and the artwork seems to be duplicating itself due to any APE file has titled the artwork description as "front cover.jpg" and upon it running through DBPoweramp, it removes the description of the artwork and in the process duplicates it.
