Installing a new encoder for Music Converter

I want to try the Helix codec to see if I can get MP3 encodes up to the 20Khz Ceiling that MP3 supports (LAME encodes cut off at 16 KHZ)

I`ve downloaded the Helix encoder, but I cannot find any instructions on how to get DBpoweramp Music converter to use the new encoder.

Can anyone help point me to an installation guide please? Copying the file to the encoder folder of the install doesnt seem to do anything.

It is a 32 bit only codec, you are best on lame advanced page to set the 'Preserve all frequencies' option
