Hello,

I have massive problems about the registered products. between TWO to SIX hours for 74 MB program.
Sorry that's a crap. I have tried different browsers, restart my Notebook.

After downloading 4,3 MB (6%) the downloads freezes.

Downloading VideoPremier (45MB) approx. 6 days???????????????????????????

Other downloads are very fast. I have VDSL 100 Mbit i Germany.

Operating System is Windows 11 pro Build 24H2.

We track downloads based on request, normally the installs download in about 30 seconds (for anywhere in the world), nothing to do with our servers which have plenty of capacity.

Try someone else's internet please.
