Error trying to convert files to mp3

Hi, I ran into an error trying to convert a batch of files 1o 128k mp3s. I don't what to make of it, as this is a new install of Win11 on a new PC. I have previously run this on a Win10 machine without problem. I don't understand the error message, it looks like it should work to me.

Here is the clipboard dump (I deleted a bunch of duplicate entries of different files.

Never mind, I figured it out, a higher level folder was locked out of writing, Not sure why, but I got it to work correctly. Thanks/
