Convert to itunes format

I have a bunch of CD of mine that I ripped to ALAC. My Plex media server refuses to play ALAC now, what options in batch converter are best for me to convert those ALAC files to the "exact" format that you would get from iTunes? I don't want to convert them to MP3s. Thanks!

ALAC is the exact format you would get from iTunes, we even use Apples own code to create the ALAC files.
