    Rip To Ram

    Hi Spoon !
Just Wanna ASK You a Question....
I Have AMD 2200 Processor with 256 MB DDR Ram Including 30 Mb Shared Graphics Memory....
I Have ripped all my collections with " RIP TO RAM - AUTO " Option On...
But When I Did a research...i found out that :::
when i ripped with the option " RIP TO RAM - AUTO " and " RIP & Encode At Same Time " ON It Took Lot Time to rip...but i wen i inversed the process i took less time......

so just temme that which is the better option ...and what is the proper use of this above stated option........

** does dmc first rip the track to wav then convert to mp3 ????
    or
    ** does dmc do real time ripping...i mean " CDA TO MP3 " ????

PLEASE DO REPLY TO MY QUESTIONS SPOON !

    Re: Rip To Ram

It does real time to what ever it is going to (unless volume normalize, or a DSP effect is in use - then it outputs to a temp wave).

Make sure the 'dMC Priority' is not set to anything above normal, because it will take the CPU time away from the Ripping part (on a different thread to the encoding).
