Converting wav from 32bits 96khz to 24bits 44.1khz both ways

Hallo, I just bought the music converter because a lot of audio engineers recommended on Gearspace. I would like to know if I have to apply some of the dsp module to convert from 32bits 96khz to 24bits 44.1khz and the other way around.

Can you tell the steps to do it in both ways at the maximum quality?

    thanks

    best,
    Nichel

    Do:

    Sample Rate (44KHz)
    Bit Depth (24 bits, dither)

It is necessary to observe the multiplicity of frequency multiplication or division.
Like this: 88.2=>176.4=>352.8 and the same goes for a number based on 48khz frequencies.

No it is not, frequency conversion is not as simplistic as that.

It may be so, but observing the multiplicity when lowering/increasing, there will be fewer quantization errors in the signal.
