Bring Application to the foreground

When I select a list of FLAC's, and right click and select dBpoweramp -> Convert To, I have to go to the status bar and find the blinking dBpoweramp app and click it to bring it to the foreground. This is an issue when I'm running something in full screen. Is there any way I can get around this? When I right click and select Convert To, it would be nice to have the application appear.

Because it is flashing, windows and dbpoweramp wanted to bring to the front, but something stole the focus?

it's always behind explorer. i've tried the online hacks and nothing seems to work. this is the only application that i'm aware of that does this. ok, thank you.
