Sorry didn't give much information, but I'm converting RA files to wave and I do have the codec loaded. It was working fine and then nothing. I completly uninstalled everything power pack and all then reloaded all programs again and still nothing??? Please Help Thanks. Bill Don't really matter but how do I get one of them goofey looking avators or faces or what ever my things is got a dot in it and I can't remove it>>>> sorry I'm a mess LOL

Perhaps you have installed a newer verison of RealPlayer? the codec needs RealPlayer 8 installed only.

Thanks for getting back, the only Real Player I have is the freebie and I can delete that if need to. It was converting fine then all of a sudden it wouldn't, I'm running Win98SE if that makes a difference.

You could try deleting C:\Program Files\Illustrate\dbpoweramp

folder (*** if you have my Audio Player backup your music collection), then reinstall.

I re-installed Real Player and the converter and the same thing happens. I sure do want it to work, I'm lost why I will not convert. Thanks

Sorry, don't know, can you try a fresh computer? just to convert.
