Converting FLAC to AAC

Increase the bit rate for the aac file

I’m new to dbpoweramp and in the process of backing up my CDs to have a full digital library. What I’m attempting to do is rip CDs to FLAC for storage, but I use Apple products so then I’m converting to AAC. However, I noticed that the AAC files from the first disc that I converted are about half the size of the AAC files from when I ripped directly using Apple Music.

Any ideas for why this may be the case?
