Cant convert FLAC files. Help!

Hi I Downloaded Flac files and wanted to convert to MP3. But as soon as I click on open an error message appears. Can someone please help

This is a well known problem with dBpoweramp on Mac OS Sequoia that was fixed on our side shortly after Mac OS Sequoia was released.
Please get the latest version of dBpoweramp for Mac.
Or at least get an up to date beta build.
