converting cd tracks to wavs - help!

ok ive tried to convert cd tracks to wavs and although they are beening converted, they are still too large compared to other wav files i have on my computer.

i am wanting to be able to send certain files via email and they take forever and a day. a standard wav file (1 track) normally takes 3 mins to upload and after i have used the converter it is taking me like 24 mins.

am i doing sonething wrong? im using the settings for wavs @ 22050 18bit stereo

Try selecting one of the wave compression options, or even install the mp3 wave compressor.
