Windows Shell Integration lost after update

I recently updated to dBpoweramp Reference 2024-09-30, but lost the Windows 11 shell integration for the Converter. It is not available in the 1st and 2nd level.
I have done a full reinstall but that did not help. In the settings, I activated 'Convert To', 'Edit ID Tags' and 'Quick Convert' on the Right Click Menu, and 'Only Windows 11 Shell Integration' for the placement.
Since I convert a lot of files, shell integration is important to me. How can I get it back?
Any help is appreciated.

Uninstall dBpoweramp, full restart of windows (shut down), then reinstall.

I did that - except for the full restart inbetween ;-)
So I did it again and it worked (adding a second full restart after the reinstall)
