Recommended software for uploading flac file converted to mp4 video with album art.

The snag comes in when you have files that are 24 bit 192 kHz like Michael Jackson Thriller. Youtube has an upload limit per file. I tried the base version of NCH Audio File Converter. The album artwork is not visible on Youtube!

Anyone tried this?

What kind of limit?
You will audibly loose nothing if you down sample it to 48kHz—especially on YouTube.
