Music Converter Flac to Apple iTunes

Hi All, I was happily converting ripped CD Flac files to Apple AAC for a while until strangely settings changed when I updated to the latest version of dbpoweramp. I was basically ending up with a file in iTunes which was: 44.1khz 256 kbps (VBR), now I get files at 48khz 124kbps. Does anyone know how I can get the old settings back? Thanks!

What settings do you have on the AAC encoder page?

Any DSP effects, such as Resample? are you certain the source is not 48KHz also?
