Control Center is the launch program for dBpoweramp / PerfectTUNES, it can be found by typing 'control center' when open the start menu, or by looking in Start >> All >> dBpoweramp [Image / Music / Video] >> dBpoweramp [Image / Music / Video] Control Center. On macOS look in Launcher: The area

Thanks for the reply. Followed your instructions. Installed again, and again notice reads: updates expired - renew. I HAVE renewed.

What next?

Not need to install, click where it says Updates Expired and type the new order number in.

So, it turns out the biggest obstacle to a solution for this issue was me.
