WMA files not recongized?

I think I have the latest version, and according to my registration it's the "Reference" version. But it does not recognize .WMA files at all, neither the bulk/ batch converter nor individual files. Windows Media codec doesn't show up in the list, either. What am I missing here, please?

Try this, uninstall dBpoweramp, reboot windows, then reinstall the registered version, and when control centre appears after install, click 'Audio Codecs List/Options' and under installed Decoders it should list 'Windows Media Audio 10' .wma
