No action after clicking "Convert to..." since Windows 10

I have the latest version (15.3 Reference Release) on Windows 10, and whenever I click "Convert to..." (shell menu) — no matter what kind of audio file — nothing happens. The audio converter, when I start it as application itself, works fine. Everything else, too. Just no action on "Convert to...", which is not very convenient. The "right-click > convert to..." feature is actually real bliss.

Would be great if someone could help with this. Thanks. :-)

For which audio type? try on a wave file and mp3 file.
