How can I convert to WEBM audio?

Not found on UI "Encoding" control. (I tried uploading an PNG image here by paste and image icon by both fails with "path cannot be empty')

Is there a WEBM codec for audio? I do not see it at https://www.dbpoweramp.com/codec-central.htm

    Thanks.

Webm uses either ogg vorbis, or opus for audio encoding, if you have no video you are best writing one of those.

Thanks, but I cann;'t find on web confirmation that renaming a .ogg file to .webm yields a compatible WEBM audio file.

You are correct, you would have to convert the file to m4a (such as apple lossless), then rename the .mp4, and use dBpoweramp Video Converter to convert to Webm
