Converting

I just down-loaded the dbpower amp and registered the Power Pack.
When I click on convert in the convert box, I get a dialog box which tells me, "This program has completed an illegal operation and will be shut down". My order # is

no need to put in order number here. the only time you will need it is if you lose the powerpack and need another copy.
