Music converter does not convert anymore

Since a few days I cannot convert files anymore : for every one (flac, wav, wma and so on) I get : unable to load decoder no codec installed. But the codecs all there and have worked quite well till now. If I download again a codec and then try to install it (after deleting the old), installation starts and then I get : error whilst running C:\Program Files(x86)\Illustrate\dbpoweramp\decoder...
I have Ref. 15.3. Security software: eset, which never gave trouble (No mcafee!)

Something on your system is blocking dBpoweramp from doing basic things, the security software is the prime candidate.

Not the security software : I have temporarily disabled Eset - same issue. What else can be ?

That path is for 32 bit dbpoweramp, yet you have 64 bit Windows, try to uninstall everything, restart Windows, then reinstall dBpoweramp.

I am getting quite confused. I do not understand what has gone wrong - the issue is recent. And I thought that dbpoweramp was compatible with both the 32 and the 64 bit Win 7.
What should I do on reinstalling dbpoweramp to get the right path? Another issue - Asset showed me all the types of files I have : wav, flac and dsd. After installing R15.3 the dsd files have disappeared.

It is likely that the security software has removed the dBpoweramp dlls, uninstall, disable security software and reinstall.

Done. Everything well : converter works perfecty, also on dsb files. Thank you, Spoon. Only remaining issue : Asset does not see anymore dsd files . Why ? Is this a consequence of last upgrade ?

It will be the same issue, disable the security software and uninstall then reinstall Asset.

I did it and now Asset begins to search for libraries and searches and searches and never finds ....It made a blocnotes : I don't understand a thing and attach it.

Enable debugging in asset, then do a refresh all, watch it scan and post the debug log (for the umedialibrary) after the scan please.

Did the refresh (it took some time) but where does Asset store the log ? There is a key ''View Debug Log'' but clicking on it does absolutely nothing.

Sorry - I have found the Umedialibray file and tried to send it. But I cannot : when I try to upload it, I get an error message ''Umedialibrary. exe is invalid file''.

View debug log will only work if you enable the debug log, then scan, then later come back to click on it.
