    Any hope for SACD?

Is there any chance that in the foreseeable future one could rip SACD discs to FLAC files on a computer? This, of course, means that five channels should be ripped.

Classical music is a "niche market" compared to pop music but it is a large niche of high quality.

You need a drive that can decode a sacd. Sony owns the rights to the sacd codec.
Right now there are no internal computer drives that can decode.

You'll have to go with a external type system.
    Code:
