bit rates for WMA conversions are wrong

When converting to WAV, dMC gives bit rates for different formats, but they're bogus. For example, 8 kHz 8 bits mono says "7 kb/sec".

At 8000 samples per second and 8 bits per sample, that would be 64000 bits/sec. If it means "bytes" rather than bits, it should at least use a capital B, but since all other rates are in bits it would be best to stick to bits and say 64 kb/sec (ignoring whether k is 1000 or 1024 -- just be consistent with the other codecs!)

The rates are equally nuts for all the other speeds.

    Thanks! Great program!

I think the dialog is built into Windows, so Spoon can't change it. Blame MS for it.
