Convert DXD 24-352 file to 24-176

Downloaded files in flac 24-352. I want to convert them to 24-176, but this doesn't seem to be an option with DSP 11 resampler. It does say it can convert them to 88, 96, and 192, so I'm wondering why 128 isn't an option? Will it be added?

The files are DoP DSD embedded? if so dBpoweramp cannot decode the DSD data.

AFAIK, they are conversion from tape, converted directly to DXD (24-352) PCM. I did successfully resample them to 24-88. I don't understand why there isn't an option appearing in the converter to resample to 24-176.

192KHz is better as it is widely used, it makes no difference from a resampler if the frequency is exactly half because resampling is not simply decimation, it is more involved than that.
