Burning OGG to CD (WAV)

How do I go from having a .ogg file to burning it to a CD that I can play in my car CD player (that doesn't support .mp3)? If dbp doesn't support this, what will?

try using Spoons music cd writer : http://www.dbpoweramp.com/cdwriter.htm

it will convert the ogg to wav then burn it on cd. it will have to be a normal audio cd burn to play in your non cd mp3 player.
