Can't open flac with editor

Hello,
Just bought dBpoweramp for Mac. Ripping works fine. I have some previous flac files ripped with XLD. When I try to open those files with dBpa as editor, in order to chnage metadata, I get an error message saying "can't open flac". Any suggestions?

Could it be a permissions issue? where dBpoweramp does not have access rights to the files? Where are the files stored?

Files are stored on my NAS. In MacOS I give dBpa permission to open the files. For each file an error message pops up saying: The document "song.flac" could not be opened. dBpoweamp cannot open files in the "FLAC" format. Moved a file from NAS to computer, but could not edit there either.

You are editing metadata by right click on flac file >> services >> edit metadata with dbpoweramp?

Hi Spoon. I don't get the Services option when I right click on my MBP. Cant find the option to edit ID Tags anywhere. What have I done wrong?

You do not get any services menu? (the whole menu is not there)?

The 'Services' option is not where I would expect to see it, and doesn't contain the 'Edit ID Tags' option.

I reinstalled the software and all now appears to be working.
