I have purchased dbpower for my MAC, previously used program with ease on Windows, I am not technical and expected the purchased program once installed to rip, cannot rip any cd and get message "cannot contact accurate server". Have changed my firewall settings to allow. Can someone please help as spent all this money and product won't work. Need a very basic guide.
