Sample Loop points in Ogg ACM Wav

I'm trying to create .wav file audio samples that are encoded with Ogg Vorbis ACM codec. dMC easily does this. However, the loop points in my sampes are now lost.

Am I doing something wrong?

Does anyone know of an audio editor for Windows 2000 that supports creating .wav files with the Ogg Vorbis ACM codec that retains sample loop points?

Sound Recorder might, load, save as and choose compression.
