The Apple Lossless encoder is not installed. When I go to install it the download page states it comes with the system. Caught in this loop.
Thanks
If it's just not there in your drop-down encoder list, I'd re-install. It should be there.
NOTE: No need to double-post the same question in different forum sections. It doesn't increase the likelihood we see the question (because Spoon and active members see all the new posts anyway), and it actually makes the issue harder to follow when the responses are spread around.

The problem is with CD ripper - I posted this in wrong thread - then reposted in the other one.
I just downloaded last night and purchased a lifetime upgrade. When I go to Apple Lossless I get a message box that it has to be installed and it takes me to a page that says it is already installed. What can I do?
I just reinstalled I have version 15.2. On the codec page it show it as being installed. On the dropdown box it is still giving me message that it has to be installed. What do you suggest.
Check that your security software has not quarantined 'Apple Lossless.dll' from the Encoder folder (where dBpoweramp is installed). It is installed as standard by all versions of R15.
