The CODEC required to decompress 'D:\Harry Potter\Book 2 - The Chamber of Secrets\CDA\Track01.cda' could not be opened.
.CDA files can only be converted from a CD Drive, not a hard disk.

What does this mean and how can I fix it

This means you have copied the CDA files from the CD to a hard drive. But, what happens is the CDA files only contain the information as to where on the CD is the audio information. The CDA file doesn't contain any audio data.

I made a comparison between a table of content and CDA files. See the CDA files as a table of content - tells you where to find the info, but doesn't contain the info itself.
