    CPU at 99% during ripping

On 2 of the 3 computers I have whenever I try to rip the CPU process goes to 99% and stays there. Is this normal? The only box I can get the application to work on and not have 99% utilization is a 2 Ghz dual processor box. If not, how can I get the box to lower CPU utilization?

When the conversion windows comes up, make sure the process priority is not higher than "normal" or else the conversion/ripping process takes precedence over everything else.

That is a Power Pack added extra.

100% is normal, it just means the CPU is being used as much as possible, especially if compressing to any format.
