Overwriting files is IMPOSSIBLE!? Help?

Overwrite function fails. DBPA stalls.

Our company owns the rights to use dMC-R12.3.

We use DBPoweramp to convert Wav to MP3.
We began seeing a problem where wavs will be loaded for conversion and then, when an mp3 file already exists with original name, a popup screen asks for confirmation. (See screenshot)

The user will confirm the overwrite option, chooses to proceed with overwrite, and nothing happens. The program will do nothing until 'cancel' is pressed.

How can we restore the overwrite function?

The files are on a local HDD?

A stall suggests something outside the program its self is stalling, check that the folders have write permissions, move the files to drive c as a test, and check they are not read only.

R12.3 is quite old now, 6 years old, consider updating.
