    Character replacement in Music Converter

Just as I am able to assign character replacement for folder paths in CD Ripper, how can I do this in Music Converter so that ":" doesn't show up as ";" but rather as "."

    Thanks

On the character replacement page add:

    : .

    in the 2 boxes.

Where is this page to be found? I only CD it in CD Ripper. It works there. Does not work in Music Converter, but I haven't found this page you are speaking of. I've opened up Configure dbPoweramp. This page is not there.

      Any idea?

Sorry I thought you were talking about CD Ripper. This option is not present in Music Converter

          Aw thank you anyway.

          One more related question.

I have been running a version of dbpoweramp from a few years back and I want to convert my FLAC library to Nero AAC Q1 files.

I have seen that the latest version of dbpoweramp does not work with Nero AAC as an encodec. Is this true?

If this is true, is there:

          A) a way to override this so I can still rip my library to Nero AAC

          or

          B) a way to download an earlier version of dbpoweramp onto my computer when I get a new computer.

          Thanks

Nero discontinued the encoder, we have switched to FDK which scores higher in quality testing.

Thing is, Nero was able to achieve a much higher sample rate in VBR mode. Maybe at lower quality, the FDK is better, but it doesn't really serve as a replacement for Nero. Can't I still use Nero somehow?

We do not have it for 64 bit.

I understand that. If I must use Nero for my preferences, is there a link which can be provided which will allow me to use the 32bit version indefinitely?

                    You can try

                    archive.org

to browse an older dbpoweramp.com site, the install will still be there.
