Converting mp3 Files To Voice Files

I want to convert my mp3 files to voice files. I don't see the extension in any of the forums here (QCP). Is there something compatible that I can convert to? Or a different conversion program? Pure Voice totally stumps me. And if I can use this converter, how do I proceed?
