Upgrade question (difference between Registered and Reference)?

I purchased a long, long time ago, probably around r12 or so I think, don't recall. I recently had to rebuild my PC and now need to start re-installing software, among that dbpoweramp I'd like to understand the difference between my current available install version and the Reference version. When I do the reg. retrieval I have these options:

    dBpoweramp Music Converter R15.1 (Registered)

    of upgrade to

Purchase dBpoweramp Reference R15 (with discount)

Can someone explain the difference to me between my options? I can't really find anything, though I'm sure it's out there somewhere... Trying to decide if I need to upgrade or if the "regular" R15.1 still has what I need. For instance do I even get CD Ripper anymore with my registered option?

    Thanks!

Reference allows premium metadata, c2 pointers when ripping, profiles, multi-cpu encoding, dynamic file naming.
