Hi,
Am currently using dBpoweramp 15.1 with all the latest codecs. Since I only have good hearing in one ear I will usually rip my cd's to AIFF using 'as source' settings then convert to AIFF Mono. To save space on my iPod, will usually then convert the AIFF mono files to Apple Lossless.
Have been doing this for several years on various versions of dBpoweramp without a problem. Today when converting some new cd's had numerous error messages popping up when converting from AIFF mono to Lossless: Error audio file failed verification.
Have tried repeating the conversion several times with the same result. I get no error messages when converting the original rip to AIFF Mono. Nor when converting the original rip to Lossless Stereo.
What am I doing wrong?
Here is a copy of a couple of the conversion error messages from my last attempt:
Error converting to Apple Lossless, 'F:\DBPoweramp Test\AIFF Mono\Bruce Springsteen\Bruce Springsteen\Bruce Springsteen - Atlantic City.aif' to 'F:\DBPoweramp Test\Lossles Mono\Bruce Springsteen\Bruce Springsteen - Atlantic City.m4a'
Error audio file failed verification 'F:\DBPoweramp Test\Lossles Mono\Bruce Springsteen\Bruce Springsteen - Atlantic City.m4a.tmp.m4a'.
