Calculate Audio CRC - MD5 doesn't match FLAC fingerprint

I've found Calculate CRC R2 gives same CRC32 but different MD5 as other methods on various FLAC files. I can upload the following example if requested. Note the CRC32 value is same as from foobar2000.

    C:\FLAC\metaflac.exe --show-md5sum "09 - Sick Again.flac"
    910f5787e1c8a04a19f96f048df72f2b

Calculate Audio CRC R2 calculates MD5 as:
    MD5: 87570F914AA0C8E1046FF9192B2FF78D
    CRC32: D4D0056D

    foobar2000 "File Integrity Verifyer" v 1.1.2 results:
    Item: "C:\Apps\FLAC\tools\09 - Sick Again.flac"
    MD5: 910F5787E1C8A04A19F96F048DF72F2B
    CRC32: D4D0056D
    No problems found.

Thanks. Can I ask for an option "Verify MD5 against FLAC fingerprint"

It already does this, when decoding a FLAC file, if converting FLAC >> Test Conversion, any miss match would be shown as an error.
