Getting missing tags

I have many albums\songs that have tags such as Catalog*, Label, Composer, UPC, etc. missing.

I know I can burn the album into an audio CD (I did a test) and re-ripped to get those missing tags but was wondering if dbPoweramp could do this for me.

There a few third party programs that can do this, but they really vary in their accuracy and ease of use. I'd suggest you try MusicBrainz Picard. I've found it to be the best option for metadata search & rescue on existing files.
